Angelaki: journal of the theoretical humanities seeks work of the first quality which shows an appreciation of the journal's project. Authors are urged to familiarise themselves with the publication and to consider carefully the suitability of their work.

Angelaki: journal of the theoretical humanities publishes two theme (Special) issues and one nontheme (General) issue per volume/year. The General issue is the third issue in the volume and the normal deadline for material for consideration for the General issue of the year is the end of March. For further information on forthcoming theme issues please contact the editors.

Manuscripts should be submitted to: Angelaki, 36A Norham Road, Oxford OX2 6SQ, UK; or to: Angelaki Submissions, c/o Timothy S. Murphy, Department of English, University of Oklahoma, 760 Van Vleet Oval, Room 113, Norman, OK 73019-0240, USA. E-mail: goulimari@angelaki1.demon.co.uk (please do not e-mail submissions).

Three copies of your manuscript should be submitted, typed on one side of the paper and double-spaced. The upper limit for submissions is generally 10,000 words. The journal does not publish book reviews, although more substantial review essays are occasionally included. All manuscripts should be original in content and not published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts are not returned. Work accepted for publication in the journal is required to conform to the Modern Language Association Handbook for Writers of Research Papers (www.mla.org). Authors accepted for publication in the journal will be asked to assign the right to publish in their article to the journal, but authors may, as of right, use the article elsewhere after publication in the journal.

All submissions will be subject to the normal process of peer review.

Free article access: Corresponding authors will receive free online access to their article through our website and a complimentary copy of the issue containing their article. Reprints of articles published in this journal can be purchased through Rightslink® when proofs are received.
